Browsing data: with your consent only, anonymized audience data is collected via Google Analytics (pages viewed, time on site, traffic source). Also with your consent, HubSpot sets a tracking cookie (hubspotutk) which, if you later complete a form or book a call, links your earlier browsing on the site to your contact record.
2. Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to qualify your request, organize the call or follow up with you regarding the diagnostic requested, and, where applicable, manage the resulting business and contractual relationship.
Browsing data collected via Google Analytics and the HubSpot tracking cookie is used solely to measure site audience, improve its content, and qualify inbound requests. No browsing data is used for advertising purposes.
3. Consent and cookies
Google Analytics and the HubSpot tracking pixel are only loaded after your explicit consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no audience measurement or tracking cookie is set on your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
4. Management platform
Data collected through call bookings and the module selector is processed and stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management platform Struxura uses to qualify and track incoming requests. HubSpot acts as a data processor under GDPR.
5. Retention period
This data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of three years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
6. Your rights
